Founded in 2002, New Bedford Ice & Cold Storage is a division of Eastern Fisheries. The company has three operating divisions:

New Bedford Ice & Cold Storage Seafood Division operates as an independent seafood company specializing in scallops, finfish, shellfish and lobster. Selected products are sold under the SeaFine brand name.

New Bedford Cold Storage is a public cold storage, with a 2000 pallet capacity.

New Bedford Ice, which produces 400 tons of ice daily, provides ice directly to fishing vessels and seafood processing plants throughout New England.
