Eastern's Alaska sole and flounder products are processed and frozen in our China factory, located in Zhuanghe. Operated by Dalian Far Eastern Shores Seafood, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastern Fisheries, our factory can custom fillet to customer specifications and individually vacuum pack. High-speed IQF lines and block freezers assure consistent processing.
