Eastern offers fresh and frozen scallops in a wide selection of product and packaging varieties. More than 80% of the scallops we pack come from the cold waters of the North Atlantic. To meet your ongoing needs for product availability, we also import scallops from quality packers in the Pacific Rim, Canada and South and Central America.

Our signature brand for fresh scallops sold throughout the U.S. and shipped to select customers worldwide. Eastern also sells fresh scallops in bulk quantities to other seafood processors.

Eastern/Far Eastern Brand Frozen Scallops
Our wholesale line, Eastern Brand is recognized by quality-oriented food service operators and seafood distributors. Offered block frozen and IQF in both all-natural and water-added varieties, product is packed in 5 lb. and kilo sizes. Scallops imported from China are packed under the Far Eastern brand name.

Eastern Seas Brand Frozen Scallops
Our premium retail line offers all-natural, IQF, sea and by scallops in colorful, attractive packaging. A resealable top and gusseted bottom on the bags improves shelf presentation and consumer appeal. Product sizes include 2/2.5 lb. "club-store" packs and 1 lb. retail bags.

SeaFine Brand
A second wholesale line, marketed by our New Bedford Ice & Cold Seafood Division, SeaFine scallops are offered all-natural and water-added in block frozen and IQF varieties.

Red Ship Brand
Red Ship Brand is the top-selling brand of scallops packed in the United States and exported to China. In 2005, Eastern became the owner of the Red Ship Brand name and is now the exclusive producer and distributor of Red Ship Brand scallops.
