Given the current outbreak and spread of COVID-19, we would like to make you aware of our continuity efforts and share with you our plan of action to safeguard against disruptions in the supply chain and to keep our employees and their families safe.
Eastern Fisheries is closely monitoring the evolving circumstances related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Reviewing the most current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local authorities. We will continue to review and adjust our business continuity plan as the situation evolves.
- Business travel has been temporarily suspended and personal travel of our employees is being monitored.
- We will impose a self-quarantine period for those individuals returning from travel or in close contact with someone who has been confirmed with the virus or shows symptoms of the virus.
- Our cleaning and sanitizing protocol has been reinforced with additional factory sanitizing and cleaning throughout the day.
- Any employees not feeling well are asked to stay home and will receive paid sick time under our Infectious Disease Control Policy
